This residence in Schilde is undergoing a complete renovation, with the project being fully developed and managed from the initial design phase through to the final execution. Starting from the existing structure, a contemporary living concept was created, focusing on spatial clarity, natural light, and everyday comfort.

The design balances architectural simplicity with warm, refined materials. Every intervention was carefully considered, with equal attention to aesthetics and functionality. Throughout the entire process — from conceptual planning and material selection to site supervision and final detailing — the aim was to achieve a cohesive, timeless result.

The interior layout was reimagined to reflect modern living, emphasizing openness and fluid connections between the different living spaces. At the same time, bespoke solutions and attention to detail ensure that the home not only works architecturally, but also fully aligns with the lifestyle and needs of its residents.
