This special project represents a complete and deeply considered renovation, in which every aspect of the home has been carefully designed and reimagined. From the very beginning, the project was developed in full detail — including façade elevations, ground and garden layouts, tree placement, and planting plans. The same level of attention was applied to the interior, where no detail was left untreated.

The ambition of this renovation goes beyond transformation alone. The goal is to create a true home — a place that reflects how far one can go in detail, craftsmanship, and coherence to turn a house into something truly special. This project is conceived as a refined and timeless gem, where architecture, interior, and landscape form one harmonious whole.

Structurally, the renovation is extensive. The property is undergoing a full strip-out: a new roof, new windows, complete insulation, and a total reconfiguration of the interior. Everything inside the house has been removed, including the existing screed, allowing the design to be rebuilt from a clean foundation with complete freedom and precision.

The project is currently still in progress and is scheduled to be completed before summer. Once finished, it will stand as a clear expression of how a total renovation — guided by vision, detail, and consistency — can elevate a property into a warm, carefully crafted home.
