Munch office

This renovation project covers a surface of 150 m² and is located in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium. The property was originally used as an office and was completely stripped and rebuilt. From the start, the design was conceived with flexibility in mind: while it currently functions as an office, the layout allows for an easy conversion into a residential apartment in the future, enhancing both sustainability and long-term value.

For Jessica, it was essential that the space would not feel like a conventional office, but rather like a warm and welcoming home. This vision became the guiding principle throughout the entire design process, influencing both the spatial layout and material choices.

The kitchen was intentionally designed as the heart of the office. This was a key requirement for Jessica, as it plays an important role in her daily work. More than a purely functional space, the kitchen acts as a central meeting point, seamlessly connecting the professional environment with a strong sense of comfort and homeliness.
